Soft Skills for Manufacturing

Soft Skills Curriculum for Manufacturing

The Soft Skills Curriculum for Manufacturing is a flexible and innovative learning programme designed to address the evolving needs of the manufacturing sector. Co-created with industry stakeholders, it ensures practical relevance and adaptability across various VET and workplace contexts. It focuses on high-demand soft skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and digital literacy, which are key for navigating digital transformation and modern work environments. Available in six languages (English, Czech, Greek, German, Italian and Spanish), the curriculum supports lifelong learning and broadens access to training, particularly for adult workers.

Soft Skills for Manufacturing Handbook

The Handbook is a comprehensive reference for educators and trainers implementing the curriculum. It provides background information on the soft skills relevant to manufacturing, guidance on how to apply the curriculum, and practical tips to enhance learning outcomes. It bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and workplace application by aligning with the sector’s realities, ensuring consistent and high-quality training delivery across countries. It is multilingual and designed to support both experienced and new trainers.

Trainers’ Guide

The Personal RoadmApp aims to develop of a digital tool based on gamification and roadmapping approaches to engage young migrants in applying the prevention of radicalisation of this group in their daily practice.

The Toolkit aims to develop a set of functional and interactive techniques, exercises and practical activities to be used by youth workers in their work with young migrants.

Both tools confer a novel character to the development of capacities and the involvement of the young migrants in relation to preventing radicalisation. In the case of disadvantaged groups that have difficulty connecting with these subjects, the use of dynamic and participatory tools will get them involved and motivate them.
