BIT is a 20+ year old progressive company specialising in training programs for organisations and companies of all types and sizes. We cooperate with labour offices in the Czech Republic when we train the unemployed from all target groups (i.e. short-term unemployed, long-term unemployed, youth, parents after maternity leave, graduates with no or short working experience, unemployed older than 45 years, etc.). Very important clients are private and non-profit organisations and their employees, whom we train and provide with expert consultancy, especially in the manufacturing sector, automotive, chemistry, etc. We can guarantee the quality of our training programs thanks to our team of qualified and experienced professionals and the stable base of an international educational network, “bit group.” We realise that many training and consultancy projects are focused on global companies. We focus on training in ICT skills. As a Microsoft partner, we offer learning solutions in soft skills, entrepreneurship skills, social work and other professional skills. We have 10 employees and 70+ trainers with whom we cooperate. We have 10+ running projects for approximately 150 companies where training is in progress. Soft skills and IT training are mainly provided.

Berufsförderungsinstitut Burgenland (BFI)

BFI (Berufsförderungsinstitut) is one of Austria’s largest vocational training institutions, jointly owned by the Chambers of Labour and the Austrian Trade Union Federation. It specialises in continuing education for workers and training programmes for unemployed individuals or those at risk of unemployment. BFI offers a wide range of services including industry-specific training, tailored company courses, preparation for school-leaving exams, apprenticeship programmes, and labour market initiatives.

Instituto para el Fomento del Desarrollo y la Formación SL (INFODEF)

INFODEF (Institute for the Promotion of Development and Training) is a private, independent centre focused on Research, Development, and Innovation. Its mission is to promote sustainable and inclusive development through education, culture, and innovation. INFODEF creates forward-thinking tools, methods, and services that address social and economic challenges while helping society adapt to future needs. The organisation works extensively on modernising educational systems, both nationally and across Europe. It specialises in designing innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, EQF/ECVET-aligned curricula, and assessment strategies for key, transversal, and professional competences. INFODEF also develops approaches for validating non-formal and informal learning, supports Work-Based Learning, and promotes entrepreneurship, special education, and quality evaluation of training programmes. A core strength of INFODEF lies in designing resources for professionals who support vulnerable groups, including migrants, youth, low-skilled adults, people with disabilities, and others at risk of exclusion. The centre is a member of the AEICE cluster, working collaboratively with public and private actors across sectors like energy, construction, and circular economy. INFODEF has participated in over 150 European projects funded by Erasmus+ and Horizon programmes, contributing significantly to innovation in youth, education, and training through transnational collaboration and a commitment to inclusive progress.

IAL Nazionale- Innovazione Apprendimento Lavoro s.r.l Impresa Sociale (IAL)

IAL Nazionale – Innovazione Apprendimento Lavoro s.r.l. Impresa Sociale is a non-profit organisation and part of Italy’s largest VET and lifelong learning network. Founded in 1955 by the CISL trade union, IAL Nazionale plays a coordinating role within the network by aligning strategic actions across its 67 accredited centres, 28 schools, and 156 laboratories. It ensures widespread territorial presence and high-quality service delivery through shared values and participatory governance. Its mission is to promote human dignity and decent work by developing personalised, inclusive training paths that match individuals’ aspirations and market demands. IAL focuses on vocational guidance, lifelong learning, job placement, and requalification, especially for youth and adults transitioning to new careers.
